مشاركة أ.د. رنا مجاهد عبد الله في لجنة مناقشة طالب دراسات عليا من جامعة ديالى

شاركت التدريسية في قسم علوم الحياة في كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة (ابن الهيثم) أ.د. رنا مجاهد عبد الله بصفة رئيسة لجنة مناقشة رسالة طالبة الماجستير هديل جليل ابراهيم من كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة في جامعة ديالى الموسومة :

( دراسة تشخيصية جزيئية لبكتريا Streptococcus المعزولة من امراض الفم والجهاز التنفسي العلوي في مدينة بعقوبة )

حيث تضمنت الدراسة عزل وتشخيص بكتريا Streptococcus pneumonia و Streptococcus viridans من التهابات الفم والاسنان والجهاز التنفسي العلوي وتم تشخيص العزلات بالطرق الجزيئية بالاعتماد على جين 16SrRNA و تم دراسة بعض عوامل الضراوة لهذه البكتريا وتم اجراء فحص الحساسية للمضادات الحيوية وتحديد التركيز المثبط الادنى اضافة الى التحري لجينات المقاومة لمضاد التتراسايكلين .

Participation of prof.Dr.Rana Mujahid Abdulla in a committee to discuss postgraduate student from university of Diyala

Prof.Dr.Rana Mujahid participated in the committee discussion as a head of this committee to a student (Hadeel Jalil Ibrahim)from  Diyla university which entitled (Molecular diagnostic study of Streptococcus isolated from oral and upper respiratory diseases in Baquba city) .The study included the isolation and diagnosis of Streptococcus pneumonia and Streptococcus viridans of oral and dental infections and upper respiratory tract. Molecular isolates were diagnosed using 16SrRNA gene. Some of the virulence factors were studied for these bacteria. Antibiotic sensitivity was tested and the lowest inhibitory concentration was identified Antitetracycline.
