نظم قسم علوم الحياة في كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة (ابن الهيثم) ندوة علمية بعنوان (القيادة الروحية بين النظرية والتطبيق) حاضرت فيها التدريسية في القسم أ.م.د. شيماء عباس شمل على قاعة الندوات في قسم العلوم التربوية و النفسية.
واستهلت هذه المحاضرة بالتعريف بمفهوم القيادة الروحية على انها عملية تطويرية لتحسين الشخصية والمنظمة وتوفر الرعاية إلانسانية للمرؤوسين ووضع نهج متوازن لتسهيل احتياجات الجميع على مستوى عال من الذكاء الاستراتيجي .
كما تم في المحاضرة الى التوجيه بصفات القيادة الروحية والتي تشمل:

الرؤية التي تضع معاير التمييز وتعكس الهدف الاعلى وتعكس اصحاب المصلحة الرئيسية
-
حب الايثار وتشمل العطف والرحمة والصبر والتواضع والشجاعة والصدق والولاء
-
الايمان وتشمل التميز والتوقع والنصر واتساع الاهداف والمثابرة والتحمل
كما تم التطرق الى خصائص هذه القيادة بما يأتي :

القدرة الى استماع الى اراء الاخرين.
-
توفر العدالة في التعامل مع المرؤوسين.
-
المرونة في اعطاء القرارات التي تكون سهلة التنفيذ.
Seminar on spiritual leadership between Theory and practice
Asst.prof.Dr.Shaima’a Abbas discusses a lecture on the spiritual leadership between the theory and practice which holds by department of Biology in college of education for pure science Ibn Al-Haitham
The lecturer showed to the concept of spiritual concept as a development process to improve the personality and provide the care to the heads and put a suitable a approach to facilitate the needs of everyone on the bases of strategic intelligence
