ناقش قسم الكيمياء في كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة (ابن الهيثم) رسالة الماجستير الموسومة (الممارسات التدريسية التأملية وعلاقتها بالثقافة التربوية عند مدرسي الكيمياء) في تخصص طرائق تدريس الكيمياء للطالبة (هنادي ياسين امين حسن) التي انجزتها تحت اشراف التدريسية في القسم (أ.د. ضمياء سالم داوود) ونوقشت من قبل أعضاء لجنة المناقشة المبينة أسمائهم فيما يأتي:

ويهدف البحث الحالي الى التحقق من :

1-الممارسات التدريسية التأملية عند مدرسي الكيمياء.

2-الفروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الممارسات التدريسية التأملية تبعا لمتغير النوع (ذكور, اناث) وسنوات الخدمة (اقل من 15سنة) و (اكثر من 15 سنة) عند مستوى دلالة (0.05).

3-الثقافة التربوية عند مدرسي الكيمياء.

4-الفروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الثقافة التربوية تبعا لمتغير النوع (ذكور, اناث) وسنوات الخدمة (اقل من 15سنة) و(اكثر من 15سنة) عند مستوى دلالة (0.05).

5-العلاقة الارتباطية بين الممارسات التدريسية التأملية والثقافة التربوية عند مدرسي الكيمياء.

أعتمد في هذا البحث منهج البحث الوصفي الارتباطي, وتألف مجتمع البحث من جميع مدرسي الكيمياء في مركز قضاء بعقوبة التابع لمحافظة ديالى, للعام الدراسي( 2020-2021)والبالغ (230)مدرسا ومدرسة كيمياء وتم اختيار (100) مدرس ومدرسة كعينة بحث تطبيقي بأسلوب الحصر الشامل بواقع (50)مدرسا و(50)مدرسة.

وقامت الباحثة ببناء اداتي البحث وهما :

1-مقياس الممارسات التدريسية التأملية: وشمل هذا المقياس ثلاث مجالات مجال التخطيط واحتوى على(13) فقرة, ومجال التنفيذ احتوى على (13) فقرة ومجال التقويم احتوى على (13) فقرة, وتم التحقق من خصائصه السايكومترية , من خلال الصدق الظاهري وقوته التمييزية ,وصدق البناء , والتحقق من الثبات بطريقة الاختبار واعادة الاختبار, وبلغ معامل الارتباط (0.83) , وبلغ معامل الثبات بطريقة الفا كرونباخ (0.89) وتألف المقياس بصيغته النهائية من (39) فقرة.

2-مقياس الثقافة التربوية: وشمل هذا المقياس اربعة مجالات مجال الافكار والمعتقدات واحتوى على (10) فقرات ومجال الاساليب الفنية التربوية واحتوى على (10) مجالات ومجال المبادئ والمفاهيم واحتوى على (10) فقرات ومجال القيم والمثل واحتوى على (10) فقرات, وتم التحقق من خصائصه السايكومترية , من خلال الصدق الظاهري وقوته التمييزية, وصدق البناء, والتحقق من الثبات بطريقة الاختبار واعادة الاختبار, وبلغ معاملات الارتباط (0.86), وبلغ معامل الثبات بطريقة الفا كرونباخ (0.87) وتألف المقياس بصيغته النهائية من (40)فقرة.

واعتمدت الحقيبة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS-26)), والوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة.

اظهرت نتائج البحث:-

1-امتلاك مدرسي الكيمياء للممارسات التدريسية التأملية والثقافة التربوية.

2-لا تتأثر الممارسات التدريسية التأملية والثقافة التربوية بمتغير الجنس, وتتأثر بمتغير سنوات الخدمة ولصالح مدرسي الكيمياء الذين لديهم خدمة اكثر من (15) سنة.

3-توجد علاقة طردية بين الممارسات التدريسية التأملية والثقافة التربوية عند مدرسي الكيمياء.

وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج وضعت الباحثة عدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات:

حث مديريات التربية بأعداد دورات تدريبية لتنمية مهارات المدرسين لأحداث تغيرات بشكل مستمر في ممارسات المدرسين التأملية.
تعريف مدرسي الكيمياء في جميع المراحل الدراسية والمشرفين بأهمية الثقافة التربوية وذلك لانعكاسها على ممارساتهم التدريسية التأملية بشكل ايجابي.
توعية مدرسي الكيمياء بضرورة الاهتمام بتدريس مادة الكيمياء كطريقة بحث والتفكير بربط المادة العلمية مع بيئة الطالب بدلا من التركيز على محتوى موضوعات مادة الكيمياء في الكتاب المدرسي.
ضرورة توفير وسائل تكنلوجيا وتوظيفها في غرف الدراسة والمختبرات.
تبصير مدرسي الكيمياء على ضرورة متابعة كل ما هو جديد في مجال تخصصهم وتطبيق استراتيجيات تدريس وتقويم حديثة.
تنظيم ندوات ومؤتمرات تربوية لتنمية افكار المدرسين ومعتقداتهم لرفع مستوى ثقافتهم التربوية.

The results of the research showed

– The chemistry teachers’ possession of meditative teaching applications

-meditative teaching applications are not affected by gender variables, but affected by the years of service variable for the benefit of chemistry teachers whose years of service are more than (15) years

– Owning chemistry teachers for educational culture

-The educational culture is not affected by the gender variable, and is affected by the years of service variable for the benefit of chemistry teachers whose years of service are more than (15) years

-There is a direct relationship between the meditative teaching applications and the educational culture of chemistry teachers

In light of these results, the researcher developed a set of appropriate recommendations, Several proposals are proposed for other studies to complete this study .

The statistical portfolio for the social sciences (SPSS-26), and the appropriate statistical methods were adopted.

The search results showed:

– The chemistry teachers’ possession of meditative teaching educational culture.

– meditative teaching applications are not affected by gender variables, but affected by the years of service variable for the benefit of chemistry teachers whose years of service are more than (15) years

– There is a direct relationship between the meditative teaching applications and the educational culture of chemistry teachers

In light of these results, according these results, researcher set of a number of appropriate recommendations and suggestions.

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the

– Meditative teaching applications by teachers of chemistry

– Statistical differences in contemplative teaching applications according to the gender variable (males, females) and years of service (less than 15 years) and (more than 15 years) at a level of significance (0.05)

-The educational culture of chemistry teachers

– Statistically significant differences in educational culture according to the gender variable (males, females) and years of service (less than 15 years) and (more than 15 years) at the level of significance (0.05)

– The relational relationship between meditative teaching applications and the educational culture of chemistry teachers

To achieve the aims of the research, the researcher adopted the descriptive research methodology, and the research community consisted of all chemistry teachers in the Baquba District Center of Diyala Governorate, for the year (2020-2021)

The research society reached (230) teachers, and choice (100) teachers (male and female) of chemistry, and it is the same research sample that was selected in the comprehensive inventory method by (50) teachers (male) and (50) schools (female)

The researcher built two search tools

– Meditative teaching applications Measure : Included three areas in the planning field contained (13) items , the field of implementation contained (13) items, and the evaluation field contained (13) items, It was verified from discriminatory strength and its psychometric properties by apparent validity, construction validity, and verification of consistency by testing and retesting,

The correlation coefficient was (0.83), and the reliability coefficient was (0.89) by the Cronbach Alpha method, and the measure consisted in its final form of (39) items

-Educational Culture Measure: This measure included four domains, the domain of ideas and beliefs, and contained (10) items, and the field of educational artistic methods, which have (10) domains, and the field of principles and concepts contained (10) items, and the domain of values and ideals contained (10) items, and verified from strength by test method and retest, The correlation coefficient was (0.86), and the reliability coefficient was (0.87) by the Cronbach Alpha method

The measure consisted in its final form of (0.40) items
