العلاقة بين المقالات المشار لها ومعامل هرتش في الية نشر (البحث العلمي)

    

استضاف قسم علوم الفيزياء في كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة (ابن الهيثم) الاستاذ الدكتور اياد القيم التدريسي في كلية العلوم في جامعة بابل لالقاء محاضرة علمية بالاشتراك مع تدريسيي القسم (الاستاذ الدكتور  سمير عطا مكي و المدرس مساعد هبة ممتاز علي و المدرس محمد حامد مصطفى ) اضافة الى  الدكتورة سها عريبي فدعم من وزارة التربية.

وتناولت المحاضرة التعريف بمؤشرh (h-index)  الذي هو مؤشر يحاول قياس كل من الإنتاجية وتأثير العمل المنشور لعالم أو عالم. تم اقتراح المؤشر من قبل خورخي هيرش ، عالم فيزياء في الولايات المتحدة ، كأداة لتحديد الجودة النسبية للفيزيائيين النظريين ويسمى أحيانًا فهرس هيرش أو رقم هيرش.

اقترح هيرش (مع وجود قضبان خطأ كبيرة) أنه بالنسبة لعلماء الفيزياء ، قد تكون قيمة h من حوالي 12 نموذجية للتقدم إلى الحيازة (أستاذ مشارك) في جامعات الأبحاث الرئيسية. يمكن أن تعني القيمة التي تبلغ 18 تقريبًا استاذاً كاملاً ، 15-20 يمكن أن تعني زمالة في الجمعية الفيزيائية الأمريكية ، و 45 أو أعلى قد تعني العضوية في الأكاديمية الوطنية الأمريكية للعلوم.

 

وجدت كلية لندن للاقتصاد أن الأساتذة في العلوم الاجتماعية لديهم متوسط h – مؤشرات تتراوح من 2.8 (في القانون) إلى 7.6 (في الاقتصاد).

• كيفية زيادة ترتيب البلد عاليا

• دعم الباحث ومراقبته في مجال النشر لكي يكون امامه خيارين

• اما النشر داخل القطر في المجلات المعترف بها

• او النشر في مجلات معترف بها عالميا حسب التصنيف العالمي

 

• . البدء بالنشر في مجلات ذات معامل تاثير قليل ولكن معترف بها عالميا مع التطور التدريجي حسب الامكانات المؤهلة لذلك العمل

• ومن ثم كمؤسسة ارتفاع حصيلة الـــH-index

• اي بمعنى زيادة معدل الجامعة دوليا

• ويالتالي زيادة نسبة تسلسل البلد عالميا Rank

The department of Physics in college of education for pure science (Ibn Al-Haitham) hosted Dr.Ayad Al-Qaim in college of science /university of Babil hosted to read a scientific lecture participated with prof.Dr.Sameer Atta Maki ,the instructor Hiba Momtaz Ali,Mohammed Hamid Mustafa)in addition to The lecture showed to the definition of the h-index (h-index), which is an indicator that attempts to measure both the productivity and the impact of the published work of a world. The index was proposed by Jorge Hersh, a physicist in the United States, as a tool to determine the relative quality of theoretical physicists and is sometimes called the Hersh Index or Hersh NumberDr.Suha Oraibi 

Hersh suggested (with large fault bars) that, for physicists, h may be about 12 typical of the progression to acquisition (associate professor) at major research universities. A value of about 18 can mean a full professor, 15-20 can mean a fellowship in the American Physical Society, and 45 or higher may mean member

 The London School of Economics found that professors in social science have an average h – indicators ranging from 2.8 (in law) to 7.6 in the economy)

• How to increase the country’s ranking high

• Support and monitor the researcher in publishing so that he has two options

• Publication within the country in recognized journals

• Publication in internationally recognized journals by global classification

• Start publishing in journals with little or no impact factor but are universally recognized with gradual development according to the potential of this work

• As an institution, the H-index is increasing

• In other words, increasing the university’s international level

• Increasing the proportion of the country’s sequence globally
