The department of Biology organizes a festival of Antibiotics

The Department of Biology  at the College of Education for Pure Science (Ibn Al-Haitham) organized the “Antibiotics Festival” Coinciding with the celebration of the “International Antibiotics Week”.”Prof.Firas Abdel Hamid Abdel Latif” , the head of the department, “Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahdi Jawad” , a number of the department’s teachers and students attended this festival .

This festival aims to introduce antibiotics, how to take them and deal with them, their side effects, in addition to displaying many models, posters, and therapeutic products in this field.

The members of the organizing committee of the festival presented scientific and educational presentations of the festival’s contents of models, pictures, and products of natural antibiotics extracted from natural materials are reliable and accredited scientific companies
